I found a sectional at a local furniture store but they didn’t let you customize it. Ornate sold it by piece so we could get exactly what we wanted. They were absolutely amazing. They called me after I placed my order to confirm and give me an estimated delivery date. The communication was excellent and they actually called me to tell me they could get it to me earlier than planned so we would have it before Thanksgiving. This was the best service I have ever received and my sectional is beautiful. Everyone that sees it and sits on it wants one. I would definitely recommend Ornate Furniture…I won’t be buying from anywhere else. Thank you for the quality furniture at a great price with excellent customer service!
The purchasing process was quick and easy! My couches came super fast, from Cali to AZ! They send a delivery driver that handles with care, instead of sending through a shipper like Ontrac, FedEx, UPS. 100% recommend. The black Lipa sectional exceeded my expectations!
