Curbside & In-Room Delivery
- Curbside: Items are left at the entrance of your residence. You are responsible for moving items indoors and assembly.
- In-Room: We do the heavy lifting into your room of choice. Assembly is not included.
- Requirements: An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

White Glove (In-Room + Assembly)
- Full Setup: Our experts handle the unpacking and professional assembly.

Important Delivery Policies
Timelines & Availability
- Ready to Ship: Items in Southern California and the Charlotte, North Carolina area typically arrive within approximately one week after order processing. For nationwide orders, shipping usually begins within one week of processing.
- Back-Orders: To ensure efficiency, multiple-item orders containing back-ordered products will be shipped together once all items are in stock.
- Variables: Delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier schedules, weather conditions, product availability, or logistics factors. Delivery estimates are projections and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Damages & Claims (48-Hour Window)
Inspection is mandatory. Please check your furniture thoroughly upon arrival.
- Reporting: All damages or missing parts must be reported via our
Damage Claim Page within 48 hours. - Requirements: Attach clear photos of the damage and keep all original packaging, as it is required for replacements. Claims made after48 hourscannot be accepted.
Cancellations
If an order is canceled after it has been shipped or prepared for delivery, the customer is responsible for:
- Original delivery costs
- Reverse logistics fees
- Restocking fees

Free Warehouse Pick-up
- How it works: Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to schedule a pickup time.
- What to bring: A valid government-issued ID matching the order name.
- Inspection: You must inspect your items at the warehouse. Signing the receipt confirms acceptance in good condition.
- Storage Fees: Please collect your items within 7 days. After one week, a storage fee of $3 per cubic foot/day will apply.

Terms & Disclaimers
- Shipping Surcharges: Ornate Home Furniture reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to manufacturer issues or unexpected carrier surcharges. If a shipping surcharge is required for out-of-state orders, the customer will be notified; if declined, the order will be canceled.
- Carrier Liability: While we package all items meticulously to factory standards, once a shipment leaves our warehouse, liability for loss or damage during transit rests with the freight carrier.
- Tax Note: By law, tax exemption does not apply to orders placed or fulfilled within the state of California.
