At Ornate Home, we strive to deliver your furniture promptly and efficiently.
Items marked as "Ready to Ship" will typically be delivered within one week in Southern California. For locations outside Southern California, these items will be shipped within one week once they are ready. For items not in stock at our warehouse or with our vendors, your order will be placed on back-order, and all products will be shipped together once everything arrives at our warehouse.
Cancellation Policy: If an order is canceled after an item is shipped or ready for delivery, the customer will be responsible for:
- Delivery costs
- Reverse delivery fees
- Restocking fees
Delivery times may vary due to product availability, destination, weather conditions, shipping volumes, and other unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding as we work to provide exceptional service!
Damaged Products & Missing Pieces
Damaged Products & Missing Pieces
All damaged products or missing pieces must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please use our Damage Claim page. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
We kindly ask that you inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery and immediately report any damages or missing parts. Be sure to attach clear photos of the damaged product when submitting your claim and retain the original packaging, as it is required for any replacement process.

1. Order Confirmation and Pickup Arrangement
- After placing your order, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm the details and schedule a convenient pickup time.
- Please ensure that your contact information, including your phone number and email address, is accurate.
2. Pickup Location
- Furniture can be picked up at our designated warehouses.
- Please arrive at the scheduled pickup time to avoid delays or inconvenience.
3. Identification
- A valid government-issued ID is required for pickup.
- The ID must match the name on the order.
4. Inspection and Acceptance
- Inspect your furniture carefully upon pickup for any damages or defects.
- Report any issues to our staff immediately.
- By signing the delivery receipt, you confirm that you have inspected the furniture and accepted it in good condition.
5. Pickup Assistance
- While we can assist with loading your furniture, we recommend bringing additional help if needed, as our staff may be assisting other customers.
- You are responsible for properly securing your furniture during transportation.
6. Storage Fees
- If furniture is not picked up within one week, a daily storage fee will apply based on the size of the item, starting at $3 per cubic foot.
7. Delivery Options
- If you cannot pick up your furniture, delivery services are available. Please inquire about delivery options at the time of purchase.

Ornate Home reserves the right to cancel any orders or delay shipments for reasons including, but not limited to, manufacturer issues, carrier delays, stock availability, and/or cost-related concerns for out-of-state orders without prior notice. Additionally, if unexpected high shipping costs are incurred due to carrier charges, the customer may be required to pay an additional shipping fee. If the customer declines to pay the surcharge, the order will be canceled.
All merchandise is inspected and shipped in factory-manufactured condition unless otherwise stated or requested. We take great care with meticulous palletizing and thorough packaging to prevent damage or loss during transit. However, once the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file any claims for loss or damage with the freight carrier.
In certain cases, Ornate Home, at its sole discretion, may arrange for repair services when and where applicable. Monetary compensation will not be an option if insurance, freight liability, or repairs are viable remedies.
Please note, by law, tax exemption does not apply to orders placed or fulfilled in the state of California, where our headquarters are located.
