How often do you restock sold-out items?

Restock times depend on the brand, but we usually get popular pieces back in quickly. As soon as inventory arrives at the closest warehouse, your order ships right out. If an item is on backorder, you can secure it today and be first in line when it becomes available again—most customers who wait end up missing out if they don’t reserve early.

Can I see the furniture in person before buying?

Yes! You can visit our showrooms in Santa Ana, CA, or Charlotte, NC. Not every item is on display, so it’s best to call ahead if you’re looking for something specific. We also have more showrooms coming soon, so follow up with us for the latest updates. Many customers love visiting in person because they can see the quality right away—and even arrange same-day delivery from the closest warehouse.

Do you offer custom furniture?

Are Ornate Home deliveries affected by the U.S. government shutdown?

No. Ornate Home’s operations and deliveries are not affected by the ongoing U.S. government shutdown. All orders are being processed and shipped as scheduled. Our logistics partners continue to operate normally, and customers across the U.S. — including ongoing shipments — are receiving their furniture on time. You can place your order with full confidence that delivery times remain unchanged.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Absolutely! We deliver to every corner of the U.S.—whether it’s a cozy apartment in New York, a ranch in Texas, or anywhere in between. You can choose from curbside delivery, UPS, or FedEx for smaller items, or full white glove service for larger items.

Prefer to pick it up yourself? Free warehouse pickup is available in California, Texas, Maryland, and North Carolina

Do you offer white glove delivery?

Yes, we do—think of it as the VIP treatment for your furniture. Depending on your zip code, our team (or a trusted partner) will bring your order inside, set it up exactly where you want it, assemble it, and even take the packaging with them when they leave.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees depend on the level of service you choose—curbside, in-room, or full white glove. The good news? Each delivery fee covers unlimited items, allowing you to add to your cart without worrying about extra charges. And if your order is over $5,000, delivery is on us. Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes—your time matters. Once your order is ready, our team (or the carrier) will reach out 24–48 hours beforehand to confirm a delivery window. If you have a preferred day, please let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

 When will I get my delivery date?

Why don’t I have a tracking number yet?

Not every delivery comes with a link to click. Some local orders are handled directly by our own team, so there’s no formal tracking number. In those cases, we’ll keep you updated the old-fashioned way—by phone, text, or email. 

You can also track your order here or reach out to our customer service team—we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

When will I receive a tracking number?

Tracking is usually available as soon as your order ships from our warehouse. For most third-party carrier deliveries, the timeframe can range from 7 to 10 business days, depending on the carrier’s system. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll email it to you.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as a tracking number is ready, we’ll email it to you. You can also track your order here. For local deliveries handled by our own team, a tracking link may not be available—but don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated directly by phone, text, or email.

Why does delivery take 3–4 weeks?

Not all orders take that long—some ship out and arrive much faster. It really depends on vendor availability, our inventory, and your delivery address. For certain areas, however, large furniture must be transported through regional carriers and transfer hubs to ensure it arrives safely (and in one piece). That extra coordination can add time, but it’s all about getting your furniture to you in perfect condition.

What if I’m not available during the delivery window?

No worries—it happens. Just let us know before your order ships, and we’ll reschedule your delivery for a time that works better for you.

Do you remove old furniture?

Yes, we can! Furniture removal is available as an added service. Pricing depends on the size and quantity of items—just reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll give you a quote.

Will my furniture be assembled upon delivery?

Yes—if you choose white glove delivery. Our team will bring everything inside, assemble it right where you want it, and clear away the packaging. If you prefer curbside or in-room delivery, assembly isn’t included—but you can always upgrade if you’d rather skip the tools and instructions.

What if my item is damaged during delivery?

If anything arrives less than perfect, let us know right away. Please take a note on the delivery receipt so we can claim for you to shipping company. Also, please report the damage within 24 hours by emailing support@ornatehome.com and filling out our Damage Claim Form. Once we have the details, we’ll work quickly on a replacement or resolution.

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Claims

What is your return policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused, unassembled, and still in the original packaging. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs. We keep this policy in place so we can continue offering the lowest prices possible.

Are mattresses or clearance items returnable?

No—mattresses and clearance items are considered final sale and can’t be returned. We recommend double-checking dimensions and details before ordering, just to be sure it’s the right fit.

What if parts are missing or the item arrives damaged?

Please let us know within 24 hours so we can take care of it quickly. Just submit a Damage Claim Form, and our team will arrange replacement parts or a solution right away.

Can I cancel or change my order while it’s processing?

Timing is key.

  • If your order has been confirmed by our team but hasn’t yet been sent to the vendor or processed in our warehouse, we can cancel it with only a 3% processing fee (that’s what banks charge us whether an order goes through or not).

  • If your order has already been processed, ordered, or received for you, then a 30% restocking fee applies—because at that point we can’t return or “un-manufacture” the item.

Either way, reach out to us as quickly as possible, and we’ll let you know what options are available.
