I would have given 5 stars, but on the day of delivery one of the back cushions was missing from the couch…my husband and I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back. Disappointed with the follow through. For how much they charge for delivery you would hope to receive the entirety of the piece of furniture you paid for.

Updating my review to 4 stars. Customer service reached out and we’re able to have to missing cushion delivered. The reason why I cannot put 5 stars is merely due to the overall inconvenience. I would still go back to Ornate since they have a good selection and reasonable prices.

Adrian was incredibly helpful. This is my second time coming to this store, the first was to buy a mattress several months again that’s still just as comfortable as when I first bought it and I managed to pay it off easily before interest rate even kicked in. It’s a good space with great options and helpful employees.

Jeremy was very helpful when purchasing our new sofa considering I was shopping online instead of in-store. He extends his customer service by reaching out via text and phone to answer any questions I may need. This was very helpful and reassuring since a couple of days prior to speaking with him, I had purchased the same piece at another retailer but was disappointed with the delivery timeline considering it was over a month away and I needed it before my event. Jeremy assured me a date later in the same month (give or take 1-2 days) that worked much better for my schedule. Thanks for reaching out in a timely manner. 😊

Jeremy was awesome! He took his time to make sure we found the right furniture to match each room and the pricing was better than any of the other places around! I'd suggest the white glove delivery fee because they brought everything in, set it all up and were really careful with the rugs and the walls. Amazing experience overall which I've never been able to say before about buying furniture!

Service was excellent at time of purchase and when dealing with a subsequent repair issue. Furniture is good quality and reasonably priced. In addition, we were able to have our furniture delivered all the way to San Diego for just $99.
