Our table was delivered in two days. Ashley Furniture couldn’t deliver in 4 tries.
We are so very pleased with our purchase! It was a great value and a great product we searched for the same product at a higher price store and the same product would have cost us about $2000 more.

Great prices, great selection and quick delivery. The lead time was shorter than quoted, which was great because we have the new couches in time for the super bowl ! There was great communication for order confirmation and delivery scheduling. Not only did the drivers arrive within the expected 3 hour window, they called 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Honestly thought this website was a bit of a scam when I first stumbled on it. I never heard of it before and they were offering $1200 less than the manufacturer for this couch. It's not the color we ultimately wanted because only Ashley sells the caramel color, but I took a risk and was happy that it was genuine. Not only that but I needed it for the Superbowl this Sunday. Not only did they give a little extra discount, but they moved my priority up since I'm not far from their warehouse and got it next day. Great customer service and couch quality is top notch. I intend on getting the loveseat at some point in the future.

Got a great deal compared to other providers. New, unblemished sectional couch arrived within 10-12 business days as Ornate said at the outset of the order. Would buy from them again.
Even though the wait time from ordering was about a month to actually getting the Tulen furniture consisting of two rocker chairs, one sofa and one loveseat. So far they are a great piece of furniture. Assembly quickly with white glove service.
All went well with purchase. Got a great deal at half the cost of the store they were made for! Took a few weeks but worth it!
A great experience, I had to wait a month because furniture was on back order. The dining and livingroom furniture was perfect, no scratches etc! Prices were the best on the internet! My only regret is I didn’t get the name of the two delivery guys that set up everything and handled all the furniture with care , they were amazing!
Good Customer Service responses. They honored the internet price and the advertised free shipping. Everything was good except it came a bit later than I was told but I think that is it was out of stock and shipped direct from the manufacturer so it was not the fault of Ornate. Thank you.
The ordering itself was a great process but tracking the order was a bit confusing. I did let their team know they should make updates to their website.
This wouldn’t keep me from ordering them again but something to be aware of! Originally my order said it was in stock then it was back ordered several weeks then it showed up two weeks after ordering it. So as long as you aren’t expecting your order in an actual timeline, it’s great! Once the shipping company received the item, I was able to get better updates.
I ordered a couch which obviously has longer shipping than some items would, I was prepared for that but go to from 6-8 weeks to 2 weeks was a bit of whiplash.
Lovely piece of furniture to replace one that matched larger piece of furniture. Problem feet not appropriate so removed lovely wooden feet from old love seat and put on new. Very pleased with result.
I liked this lamp so much I bought it twice several years apart. Delivery was prompt. Assembly was easy.
And my husband can see what he’s reading again!

After a lot of research, I was looking for a very specific recliner that only Ashley Furniture had. But when I went to the nearest showroom, they had the price marked up much higher than I was anticipating. So, I searched online and found Ornate Home. I wasn't sure if they were legit or not because the prices were a lot lower than Ashley's furniture but seemed to be the same product. I took a chance and it turned out to be a good one, because I got the same recliner in my home at a much better price. I love that they would call and text me with updates along the way too. Great service, great product and great price!

The premium leather Ashley furniture I ordered is simply beautiful and excellent quality. I was able to save $1,000 by ordering with Ornate Furniture over every other furniture store. When I needed to contact customer service, I was on hold for only 1 or 2 minutes and was connected right away. The representative was always very knowledgeable and very helpful which is really very rare these days. I recommend shopping for furniture where ever you like, and when you find what you like, compare that price with Ornate Furniture and they’ll beat it by a significant amount. Their shipping is also $50 less than the competition. I will always make my final purchase in the future with Ornate Furniture, they’re simply the best.
