I ordered this dining set online and was very pleased with the purchase. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the white glove delivery was prompt and professional. There was one damaged chair cushion that was quickly resolved with a new one in one week. Very impressed with everything that went into this furniture purchase. Super excited for this sectional - we needed a very specific size and this one fit the bill! Fabric is soft, seat cushions are on the firmer side but the arms and back are plush. All in all, great purchase!

Found a set at Ashley furniture for about $100 less through Ornate. It took awhile for my stuff to ship out, but that is usual of furniture stores. They scheduled the delivery pretty quickly when it was ready.
Their White Glove Delivery option was reasonably priced (especially compared to others) and it was worth it. The people who came were polite and quick. They lifted the furniture and didn't drag anything, so as not to hurt my floors.
The set I got is plush and comfortable and I already fell asleep in the recliner.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
The delivery men were kind enough to call and tell me their approximate arrival time. They were very professional and kind.

I love the thickness and rich earthy tones of this rug so much, I bought the smaller one for my foyer! It laid flat right out of the package. Not foul smell. The price at Ornate Home was better than anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend.
The cabinets are from Ashley’s and we bought two through Ornate which saved us about 600-800 dollars opposed to buying it at Ashley’s. I will say that we had to wait for it. Ordered it the first week of a June and got it the first week of August opposed to getting it 3 days from Ashley’s. I gave 4 stars because they told us we would get it in 2 weeks which then turned into 2 months. Customer service though was easily reachable and kind. The delivery service was good. I only gave it 4 stars because what we were told, but id still use ornate again!

I love my new furniture! My ashley wolfridge reclining sofa, loveseat, and recliner looks beautiful in my living room. It's very comfortable. My new Bethel bedroom set is beautiful, heavy duty wood, and comfortable. I thought that two night stands were included in the five piece bedroom set, but it's only one nightstand included. The gray looked brown, but the white looks beige, with gray highlights. Ornate exchanged with no proble, and delivered for free.
Asking for a review when my order isn’t even delivered? It’s been 6 weeks and the shipping has still yet to update on my order, yet several times now I’ve reached out to customer service only to be told the order is delivered. Finally called to see what was going on and I was told my order was returned due to damage. No shipping updates for me to track though.
You would think transparency and accuracy on delivery would be necessary. I’ve never seen a company so disorganized and after spending nearly $3k I still have yet to understand where the product is.
