Im giving 5 star due to the fact when i ordered some info did not match up and they wanted verification of who we were before they would process order which at first i was skeptical but understood, the chairs i ordered took a month to be delivered which was a little longer than expected but overall they are a great company and i will order again
The color, the size and the comfort are just perfect. I wasn't here to recieve it but the people who recieved it for me said the people who came to install it were really nice, so I want to take a moment to thank to the delivery guys. My place has such compact stairs and no elevator so I'm sure it was hard to take in.
The sofa gets complements from everyone who has seen it, it was bigger and pricier than I expect it but worth every penny. Buy it, you won't regret it! It's so sturdy and spacious more than 3 people fit comfortably even the dogs. What I also liked is that you got to choose the pieces you want it to fit your place, my place is a studio so the chaise and the arm were the perfect fit (a tad wide) but overall worked great for my small place. The sofa is like sitting on a cloud, best purchase ever!
I live in Santa Ana so my delivery was really fast, I ordered online on Sunday, had it delivered Wednesday. I would've loved to know exactly when it was going to be delivered, they let me know the day off and not when I put in the order (even when checking the tracking link), but other than that not complains.
My experience was the best ordering from ornate the people had patience with me as I am a first time buyer something big and this much online I was a little worried very helpful the mover Brian/ryan I believe I remember was awesome he was alone and did such a great job delivering the sofa to my upstairs apartment he even showed me an example on how to put on footbeds just a visual thank you ornate the couch was so comfortable and is huge lol
I was worried about ordering such a big purchase online but I went to see the couch at Ashley Furniture and we loved it so I saw that Ornate Furniture had it at a discounted price so I decided to buy. We received our purchase within a week and had to do little assembly and we absolutely love it! It’s just like what we saw in store. We plan to buy the ottoman and chairs lounge to with it in the near future. Will definitely buy from Ornate Furniture again!

I found the store on line I took a chance and drove to there Santa Ana store just to look and I ended up finding my sofa! The store owner was gracious to me and he helped me with the price! I had my furniture delivered Friday I was given a courtesy call saying they were on there way! My delivery drivers were Robert and Carlos they were very joyful and nice and was glad I was on the first floor 😀 I would recommend this store✌🏽❤️

Couch I ordered appears soft%2C but was more firm to sit on than expected. The fabric is amazing to touch though%2C so I’m hoping cushions just need broke in. Might be challenging to keep clean%2C because my pets are so attracted to the soft fabric%2C too%21 My cats don’t want to sharpen their claws on it%2C they want to ‘make biscuits%21’ %0D%0AOverall%2C pretty happy with the purchase and delivery process. We recently furnished our home from Ornate Home Furniture. They have a great selection and we found a lovely living room set in the showroom with help from Adrian. Ozzie then assisted us to find the ideal dining room table and chairs online. He provided choices based on what we were looking for and we found the ideal set. He was so patient and accommodating as we were deciding on the most suitable pieces of furniture. Jeremy a very knowledgeable mattress man helped us find the perfect mattress, frame and platform with remote control head raise & leg raise plus other features. It's so comfortable & cozy. Everything was delivered and set up within a couple of days.
A few days later we decided to get another queen bed and frame. Reached out to Ozzie again and he sent options. He understood from my description what I was looking for and once again we found the right bed frame and mattress. Ozzie ensures you find what you're looking for. Customer Service is above and beyond. Everyone working at the store is very pleasant, helpful & professional. In future I know who to call should I need anything else for my home. The whole process was simplified by being able to have a one stop shop for all our furniture needs. If you don't see what you're looking for in the showroom they'll find it online for you and have it delivered and assembled to your home.They saved us a lot of time and lessened the stress of moving. The Ornate Home Furniture delivery team were stellar. Robert, George & Carlos delivered and assembled all of our furniture with careful attention to not damage or smudge any of the wood, glass or white fabrics. They navigated around corners and up stairs with a can do attitude and no complaints. They’re a professional team who assembled with skill and were fun to have around. Loved this delivery service!
