The men who delivered it charged me $150 to take in my room. I thought charge could be less. They were very nice and did a good job, however.

Product was good quality and packaging was excellent. Delivery was good as well. My only wish is it would’ve arrived sooner than almost 4 weeks
We are pleased with our new sofa with chase, from Ashley. The thing I was not happy with was the customer service I received from the guy that delivered the sofa. First he was rude and secondly when he was placing the sofa in our garage we specifically told him that the sofa could not fit standing up on its end. We have bicycles hanging from bike racks that he was bumping into and insisted he needed to take a photo before he placed it down onto its correct bottom. I wanted to unwrap and make sure it was the sofa we purchased and the correct color, since it comes in two different colors and he seemed very irritated that I wanted to do this before he took off. His behavior was not professional by any means and I think you can do better finding people that know how to interact with customers when dropping off merchandise.

The bed looks nice, although I haven’t used it yet.
The dresser also looks very nicer on the outside, but the drawers and rails are flimsy.
I have only received half of my order but is great so far! Exactly what I wanted and a good deal.

Loved my daughters beautiful dressing chest and saved a couple hundred dollars vs buying at Ashley furniture. The piece came exactly as expected and the delivery drivers were great at communicating on the day of delivery! Delivery took a couple weeks I believe. Glad I found this website :)

I was nervous about ordering a sofa online. I read so many great reviews that I decided to take the plunge….omg!! Easy ordering, quicker than expected delivery and it’s SOOO BEAUTIFUL!! The quality is unmistakeable! The fabric is almost like a heavy brushed denim and all pillow covers are zippered for easy removal and washing if needed. I looked for so long before buying this and I am sooo pleased that I chose Ornate Home and especially this sofa. It is very heavy, sturdier than expected and perfect for me! It looks fantastic in my livingroom, the color, the quality - just couldn’t be nicer! THANK YOU to everyone on the Ornate Home team….it was even delivered by Ornate Home delivery guys! I was expecting maybe FedEx or similar, but they had a huge truck full of furniture they were delivering. Delivery guys were very nice and called 30 minutes before arrival.
