I was skeptical at first getting a circular chair but this is AMAZING!! I love how the curve of the chair shapes around you and the cushion has so much extra room. I love how I don’t need an ottoman but it’s not hard to get out of like a chaise. I highly recommend this chair!

Ornate Furniture had it in stock for about 75% what Ashley listed it for with quick & FREE delivery to our door. It was easy to put together with just12 bolts. Most of the experience was better than expected. I worked with Matt in the Charlotte store and an online customer service rep that were very helpful. The only question I have is why I had to present my driver's license at pickup only to have it photographed with the pickup paperwork. In these times, especially around the holidays, identify theft is an ongoing issue and those actions did not make me feel safe.

The sofa and couch I purchased is beautiful. The price I couldn't resist but I was nervous about ordering it online from a company I was unfamiliar with. The reviews convinced me this was a legit company. As I was deciding to purchase the item, someone from customer service reached out to me to see if I had any questions which they replied to quickly and I placed the order. He only complaint I would have is that I wish it came quicker but you can go on their website and find out the status at any time or reach out to customer service and get support. They made the process very easy. I would purchase from them again.
good. as shown. minor nitpicks, if you get under drawers they don't come with a railing just each with individual little wheels. tedious to line up when opening/closing. also the bookcase section doesn't attach at all to the main bed, you just put them next to each other. pro or con depending on the person. most of it was already assembled so it was a breeze.
