Have had this mattress for 2 1/2 years and it's still in perfect condition. Very comfortable for those in need of back support. Also supportive enough for sleeping on stomach. This is the best mattress I have owned.

Customer service had to help me place the order but it was fast and I got what I wanted. Only issue i had was the delivery. I was not able to schedule delivery in advance and only received a day notice. When I mentioned I wasn't available they said it would be 14 days before they could return but still couldn't plan in advance. I had to cancel meetings last minute to accomodate their schedule but for the price vs other furniture store, I guess it was a good trade off.

We found Ornate Home online and went to their store in Tustin. I just want to say what a great experience it was from start to finish. They helped us figure out our style, and once we did that it was so much easier to make selections that worked for our vibe. The purchase went great and we were very surprised at how much less expensive it was when it was all done. Went to Ornate Home in Santa Ana after browsing their online website. We found the sofa we wanted and it was on display which made it easy to confirm that's the sofa we wanted. Placed order and it was delivered in 3 days. I called on the second day to check status and was able to talk to a live person quickly who confirmed scheduled delivery for the following day. Delivery guys were professional and worked hard to make it fit through doorway because they had to unbox it outside. Great shopping experienced and saved money. Thanks!
The bedframe I ordered was scheduled for delivery way faster than anticipated (within less than a week), and the pretty involved install was handled flawlessly by Robert and Hugo. (And the bedframe seemed to be high quality, and looks great)
Great price on couch with a 2 week delivery. Couch looks and feels good although it was more on the gray side rather than brown.
My couches took 15 days to arrive. When I started to unwrap the protective plastic, leaves and branches fell out all over my living room. My new couches were covered! The leaves and branches were under the plastic wrapping which means they sat outside until they were ready for shipping. And an employee was too lazy to clean the leaves off before wrapping them.
Color is not like photos on website. Much more orangey. We painted it so now it looks nice.
I was leery purchasing a power loveseat online but I was incredibly happy with the entire process! Not only did I save over $400 from buying locally but I received my loveseat a week after purchase and had a very helpful driver/delivery person. I will definitely be buying all my furniture from ornate in the future.
The white glove delivery was impeccable. George and his partner were a professional and friendly. I never had a better delivery from anyone.
Went out shopping for living room furniture to many stores. The prices were so high, so I looked on line & found Ornate Furniture had the same exact furniture for thousands less! I called them to see if they had everything in stock & they did, so I ordered it right on the phone. They set up delivery for the next week & it is here, set up, looks great & I saved all that $$$$. Will definitely shop there again!

I will put velcro underneath the seat cushion because it slides forward every time I get up.
