Delivery guy carried in the table and was nice with a great attitude. New furniture was undamaged unlike some of the reviews.

Was easy to place order online and qualify for a no interest loan within minutes. I did pay for delivery and white glove treatment, but I got what I paid for and what I expected. Couldn’t ask for more.

From ordering by phone to delivery, Ornate was nothing but helpful. They answered all my questions along the way. I was able to order an outdoor furniture set that was out of stock everywhere else. They made sure they could get it and deliver. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. The delivery was flawless and appreciated. I would highly recommend Ornate.

The store employee was very nice and kind, but the delivery was late and we thought they were installing the sofas. But they just delivered and left. But we are happy and thank you

They could not get us what we wanted I was looking online, we found Ornate home one phone call and like magic the owner Ozzie said if you don’t see what we want he will get it and he did two days later we got what we wanted

Recieved my order today. Very happy with it. Arrived in perfect condition. Would order from here again.

I was looking for a certain coffee table and found it on Ornate site and the price was lower compared to other dealers for same item. Communication was fantastic! Delivery was way earlier than anticipated! Before this, I’ve never heard of Ornate. I hope they continue to do business like this, almost like a mom and pop shop with great care and service!

I was trying to locate this sofa for two months. Everybody was out of stock. They had 11 in a warehouse. I come back one hour and it went down to three people were extremely nice, pleasant very professional and I should get my couch this week I’m in Florida and it was big deal for them to send it out to me and they did with no trouble. I do appreciate it thank you.
