I did not know much about this company, was very skeptical but got my boyington loveseat couch delivered once the date was set and came in good condition. Price was also cheaper than any store near me.

I ordered the product on Saturday 4/4 and received a text that the estimated delivery date would be 4/17-4/25. On Monday 4/6 I got an email saying it would be delivered the following day between 12:30-4:30. The following day I received a reminder text and a phone call with an eta of 1.5 to 2 hours. The delivery driver arrived as expected and called as he was approaching. My husband was home and helped him get it to the porch. It was quick and easy.

This set is awesome, very comfortable and absolutely beautiful! Well worth the money! Ornate Home is a great company to purchase from, they have great prices and the delivery service is great!

Couch is comfortable. We shopped around and Ornate’s price was the cheapest for this couch. Delivery was great. I was contacted with delivery date and delivery time and then contacted 20 minutes before delivery. Setup was quick and professional.

Easy to order. My recliner was delivered with in a few days on a Sunday night. I was very happy with the quick delivery. Love my chair and it was less than the other sites.

Ordered a full bedroom set and living room sofa with loveseat online from Henderson, Nevada. All items were received in under three weeks and customer service and delivery person were excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Honestly thought this website was a bit of a scam when I first stumbled on it. I never heard of it before and they were offering $1200 less than the manufacturer for this couch. It's not the color we ultimately wanted because only Ashley sells the caramel color, but I took a risk and was happy that it was genuine. Not only that but I needed it for the Superbowl this Sunday. Not only did they give a little extra discount, but they moved my priority up since I'm not far from their warehouse and got it next day. Great customer service and couch quality is top notch. I intend on getting the loveseat at some point in the future.

The deal seemed too good to be true. Our delivery driver was nice, and although it was curbside, they put it on our porch. Very impressed with the price and speed of delivery. Thanks!

They say when a deal is too good to be true it usually doesn't work out.. well in this case everything worked out.. took a little while to receive my order which you can't expect that over internet sales. But you certainly can't complain with the awesome prices they give.. I can't believe it's the same set I tried to purchase in a store for half the amount of money.
I will certainly recommend them to everyone I know.

The prices are great, delivery rather took too long. Delivery team did their job well and fast.

First of all you prices are ridiculous lower than you competitors; belive me; I shopped around and for the same love seat and couches by Millennium by Ashley the Boyington set; and other places had it for a lot more including Ashley Furniture itself. You save me $$$$. And the delivery fee was $99.00 not bad considering I live in Nothern CA and you where house is in Southern CA; was able to track it; and delivery was on point . Will definitely recommend Ornatehome to friends and family.

Went to Ornate Home in Santa Ana after browsing their online website. We found the sofa we wanted and it was on display which made it easy to confirm that's the sofa we wanted. Placed order and it was delivered in 3 days. I called on the second day to check status and was able to talk to a live person quickly who confirmed scheduled delivery for the following day. Delivery guys were professional and worked hard to make it fit through doorway because they had to unbox it outside. Great shopping experienced and saved money. Thanks!

Great Recliner. Includes heat and massage. Worth every penny. It's also a Great Gift idea for any Elderly people you may know which is what i did. Ornate has their own Box Truck and took 2 weeks to Deliver which is what even Ashleys website states. Delivery was to my door and i took care of the rest. That's what i liked. Do you trust your truck driver to also assemble your furniture ? C'mon now. DIY and be your own Hero. Thanks Ornate Furniture !

Bob with Ornate Furniture did a great job from sales to delivering the furniture to our home. The 2 couches and loveseat were a nice update to our living room. The furniture is very comfortable and like the light gray color.

The Customer Service was outstanding Bob called us before the CA store was even open. He answered all our questions and walked us thorough ordering process. He was very patent and even call us back after we completed the purchase. Bob you are the coolest.
