At Ornate Home, our focus is to offer high quality furniture and well known name brands to our customers at discounted prices. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have five days to return or exchange it. Items that are returned or exchanged must be new and unopened. Our return policy may not apply to all of our merchants. Any exceptions are listed on the item's page. Mattresses, foundations, bedding, linens, and cordless power packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as well. Round-trip shipping charges apply to all returns and exchanges. If your item was shipped with our "Free Shipping" option, we will charge our outgoing shipping expenses because shipping is already included in the price, but the buyer will still be charged the round trip shipping costs incurred by Ornate Home. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns and exchanges. Only unassembled returns in their original boxes will be accepted. Once an item has been assembled, it cannot be returned unless Ornate Home has obtained a signed exemption. Once Ornate Home gets the returned item, you will be refunded. Before placing an order, measure the area where the furniture will be placed to ensure it will fit.
Conditions for a Complete Refund
Items must be brand new and unopened, free from damage, pet hairs, soil, or stains.
All original packaging and accessories must be returned with the item.
At your expense, items must be shipped back to us fully insured and via a trackable shipping method.
Items must not be assembled or altered in any manner.
Return Prevention Suggestions
Please double-check that the item you're ordering will fit through your door and into the space designated for it before completing your order. If it doesn't, the delivery firm may be forced to leave the item outside your door, on a porch, or in your garage.
If your product arrives with minor or cosmetic damage from delivery. We can try to replace the product's damaged parts so you don't have to return it.

We work hard with our vendors to ensure that all product colors, measurements, and angles are accurate; nonetheless, there are occasionally minor differences. If any of these deviate slightly from what was advertised, Ornate Home will not be held liable. Our vendors give us with all of our information. Ornate Home shall not be held liable if any queries or concerns about color or dimensions are not properly resolved before placing your order. Always measure the area where you wish to put your new furniture before ordering to ensure it will fit. Customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee if an item does not fit in their home and must be returned. In terms of color, images of certain items may look different than the actual item. This can occur for a variety of reasons including but not limited to the lighting during a photo shoot or your monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately and will continue to do so. Any questions related to color, dimensions or specifications must be discussed prior to placing your order.
