We ordered our new sofa and loveseat combo online without checking it out in person. We got the white glove delivery and it was all well worth the price. Everthing is great! I will definitely go back to them if I need anything else and certainly will tell anyone needing new furniture just where they need to go. 😊

Delivery was great but I am disappointed in one of my chairs and I know customer service works you make it right the customer should never suffer for something they didn’t do and it was brought to your attention the same day yet it’s been a week and nothing chair should have been here by now. We you things in excellence you make it happen I work in area I have to make it happen for the customer and deal with the rest later as the saying goes just do it, be what you say you are,

I purchased a Lindyn Fog 4pc LAF Chaise Sectional. I had already wrote a review as I had an amazing staff member named Angel assist me with securing the couch. She informed me that there were only 2 left and would secure one for me. When I ordered the couch it said it could take 3-5 weeks for delivery I believe, which was fine considering I saved 2 grand by purchasing this couch from ornate home. The couch was delivered within 2 weeks of ordering, I was pretty surprised. The couch was delivered right to our door. The delivery guy was phenomenal. He brought the couch in to our living room. This couch is so big! It's extremely comfortable and our whole family can fit on it. On top of that if you remove the pillows it's literally like a bed. I am beyond excited about this couch and this company 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for sure! Thank you thank you!

Shopped around for a couple of months looking for a new couch. Found something I really liked at Ashley’s. Just when I was about to purchase I did a last second ditch to see if anyone else could beat the price or had something similar. Glad I took that leap of faith. Ornate popped up and had the same exact couch I was about to purchase from Ashely’s. Talked with one of their sales associates online and they proposed a deal that even beat Ashley’s Memorial Day sale price. Felt like I was getting a steal. Had to verify the place was legit so I went to their store in Santa Ana. The associates there were very helpful and didn’t hound me like most other furniture shops do. I showed them my quote I was given online and with that information they pointed me to the exact same couch from Ashley’s that I had been eyeing. After some further discussions with their associate I made the purchase and within a couple of weeks my couch was delivered and it’s more than I could have asked for. Ornate is the real deal and they are definitely getting my referral for anyone I know looking for furniture at a more than fair price. Thank you Ornate.

we love the couch and the mattress is very comfortable, but the delivery didn't go as nice as we'd expect. We were told theyd call us 30 minutes before they were about to arrive but they called us with 3 minutes notice. We were doing laundry and frantically packing everything up to meet them at drop off. the laundry mat is only 5 minutes away so with 30 minute notice we would have been fine but with only 3 it was cutting it pretty close. Then when they arrived one of the drivers wanted to leave it on the side of the street even though there was a drive way to park closer to our apartment unit. he told his buddy that was with him that they should just leave it there because its curbside, thankfully the passenger driver suggested to pull closer, my husband was grateful and because of this he did decide to tip the drivers. Only then was the driver willing to help carry the couch inside. now our expectation was to help bring it into the unit but to leave it on the side of the street of an apartment complex seemed a bit rude.
Working with Ornate was a smooth process. Delivery was faster than expected. My husband and I love the couch.
