Every product sold at Ornate Home includes a manufacturer's limited warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship. The following mattress brands are covered by a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects:

 Furniture — Sofas, Sectionals & Upholstered Seating 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

All sofas, sectionals, loveseats, recliners, accent chairs, and other upholstered seating are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.

Bedroom Furniture 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Beds, dressers, nightstands, chests, mirrors, and bedroom sets are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Dining Room Furniture 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Dining tables, dining chairs, bar stools, benches, buffets, sideboards, and dining sets are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Home Office Furniture 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Desks, office chairs, bookcases, file cabinets, and shelving units are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Outdoor Furniture 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Patio sets, outdoor sectionals, dining sets, lounge chairs, fire pits, and outdoor accessories are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Rugs & Decor 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Area rugs, runners, accent rugs, and decorative items are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Lighting 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Table lamps, floor lamps, chandeliers, pendant lights, and other lighting fixtures are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Extended Protection Plans

Want coverage beyond the manufacturer warranty? Ornate Home offers Extend Protection Plans on eligible products. These plans cover accidental damage and everyday mishaps that standard manufacturer warranties don't — including stains, rips, breakage, electrical and mechanical failures, and structural damage from normal use.

You can add an Extend Protection Plan at checkout on any eligible product page. Plans are available in 2-year, 3-year, and 5-year options depending on the product category.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, follow these steps:

Step 1:
Submit a Damage Claim or call (844) 955-3399 within the warranty period.
Step 2:
When required, we coordinate directly with the manufacturer to assess and approve the resolution path.
Step 3:
When feasible, specific parts or components are ordered and shipped as the first resolution option.
Step 4:
Upon approval, a full product replacement is processed when parts replacement is not sufficient.

Warranty Disclaimer

Warranty coverage is provided directly by the manufacturer and varies by brand. Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Stearns & Foster, Serta, Diamond Mattress, Nectar, DreamCloud, and Purple products are covered by a 10-year limited manufacturer's warranty. All other brands include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. Warranties apply to manufacturing defects only and do not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage resulting from improper use or care. Ornate Home acts as an authorized retailer and is not the warrantor. Warranty claims are subject to each manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Warranty FAQ

 Does my warranty start from the purchase date or delivery date?

Your manufacturer warranty begins on the date of delivery.

Can I transfer my warranty if I sell or give away my furniture?

Most manufacturer warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Check the manufacturer's specific terms for your product.

Is my mattress warranty voided if I have a stain on it?

Many mattress manufacturers require the mattress to be free of stains for warranty claims. We recommend using a mattress protector from day one to keep your warranty intact.

What's the difference between the manufacturer warranty and the Extend Protection Plan?

Contact Ornate Home first. We handle warranty claims on your behalf and coordinate directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

What if my product is damaged during delivery?

Delivery damage is not a warranty issue — it falls under our Damage Claim process. Please file a Damage Claim within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it promptly.
