Guardian Protection Products has partnered with CNA Insurance, a world leader in underwritten programs to ensure that every warranty sold will be fully insured and Guardian will be compliant in all states and protected against insolvency. Once the warranty registration is complete, the warranty will be valid by Guardian and CNA, making the transaction secure and backed for the term of the warranty.

Accidental Stains caused by any food or beverage normally consumed by humans; mold and mildew stains caused by food or beverage spills; stains caused by human or pet bodily fluids. Accidental Stains caused by grass, grease, ballpoint pen ink, nail polish, cosmetics, lipstick, crayon, and shoe polish. Accidental rips, cuts, punctures or burns from a single relatable occurrence.


Wood/Hard Surface Specifics

Accidental stains caused by any food or beverage normally consumed by humans; mold and mildew stains caused by food or beverage spills; Breakage of wood frame or structure or other hard surface from single incident; gouge, heat mark or liquid ring from single incident; accidental breakage of glass or mirror components (with the exception of crowned or curved glass). Checking, cracking, bubbling, or peeling of finish from a single incident. Any chip or scratch of glass or mirrors and loss of silvering on mirrors (with the exception of crowned or curved glass).


Exclusions

  • Guardian protection plans are exclusively for residentially-used furniture within the U.S
  • Guardian protection plans do not cover lighting fixtures or products.
  • This plan is eligible for purchase exclusively for orders with a total price of $5,000.00 or more.

  • We offer next-day delivery in Greater Los Angeles area for the products that display "NEXT-DAY". If these products are ordered by 12 pm Monday to Friday, they will be delivered the next day. If they are ordered after 12pm, delivery will be the next business day. Next-Day Delivery is not available Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in delivery capacity and shipping volumes, may delay the delivery of your order.
  • We ship the products which display "NEXT DAY"  the next business day to other locations. Delivery date depends on the destination. 
  • Items with the "NEXT DAY" label are ready for delivery. Items that do not have this badge will be back-ordered from the vendor after your order is received. The delivery date may vary depending on the availability of the products from vendor companies, destination, weather conditions, shipping volumes, and force majeure. Please note that changes in inventory or delivery capacity, as well as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, may delay the delivery of your order.
  • SAME DAY DELIVERY is valid for orders received before 11:00 am on weekdays for products with visible stock on the website. It includes products with the SAME DAY label on our website. Orders after this time will be delivered to the next day. If the next day is the weekend, delivery still can be made according to the delivery direction/route and transport volume. If it can't be done on the weekend, it will be delivered by next week on the first day of the week and you will be informed.

    Damaged Products & Missing Pieces:

    Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of the damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.

    I found the store on line I took a chance and drove to there Santa Ana store just to look and I ended up finding my sofa! The store owner was gracious to me and he helped me with the price! I had my furniture delivered Friday I was given a courtesy call saying they were on there way! My delivery drivers were Robert and Carlos they were very joyful and nice and was glad I was on the first floor 😀 I would recommend this store✌🏽❤️

    The couch is amazingly beautiful and looks exactly as advertised, Robert arrived alone on a rainy day to deliver and he did the impossible rolling it in and up 3 floors and placing it in my home. I have already referred Ornate to several friends!
