Zubaida Dark Gray Power Motion Loveseat w/USB

We bought a couch and loveseat. They went together easily, quickly, and were just what we were looking for. Love the set.
The downside was the wait we had before we got it delivered to us. I had already paid for the order and my wife thought for sure we were going to be stiffed out of our $3500. We finally got the shipment notification and a few weeks later, we actually got an email from the shipper. The email said to expect a call from them the following Monday and the shipment would follow later that week. We got the call but the guy on the phone (whom I could just barely understand) told me another week before I get the call from the driver. Fine, as long as we're getting updates, fine. The next week came and went but no call. I looked at the tracking again and this time it said "Delivery cancelled by customer". WHAT??!!
So I called them the following Monday to find out what was going on. They told me "Yes, the delivery was on hold because they were having a problem with their hauling trailer. Ok, how long then? He said 2 or 3 days. Fine. A week went by and finally got the call from them. They were an hour and a half from my house. Great! It's really going to happen! They called after the hour and a half and told me they were here. I looked in the drive. Nothing. They said on the phone they were sitting in the driveway. ??? My wife went out looking and found them out on the highway. Oh, ok. I walked out there. They didn't have a trailer, they were in a box truck. It had snowed about 2 inches the night before but we had the drive cleared so they could get in. They didn't want to try it so to get my furniture, I went and hooked up my utility trailer and drug it down to the highway to load it on there and get it to the house. It took all 3 of us to load them on the trailer in the dark. Big, heavy boxes. Once they were loaded, they took pictures and had me sign the paperwork, then THEY LEFT. I paid for delivery which included bringing the boxes into the first dry area (garage, porch, or just inside the home) and inspect for damage. Nope, they were gone. Not a big deal except I'm retired and my wife has cancer and couldn't help so I had to unload, unbox, and bring in these monstrocities all by myself. Fine. I was able to lay some planks on the steps to push the boxes up and onto the back porch. From there it was just wrestling them into the house for unboxing. There for a bit, I thought I was whooped but perserverence paid off. I got it in, unboxed, put together, and enjoyed it that night.
My thoughts on the whole ordeal? NEVER AGAIN! I'm too old for those reindeer games.
