What is a Jofran power desk?

A Jofran power desk is a writing desk with a built-in power unit that includes 2 outlets and 2 USB ports. The power unit keeps laptops, lamps, and phones charged without extension cords across the floor. Most power desks also add 3 drawers on wood glides, and some include a cable management opening in the top.

Which Jofran desk collections are available?

Jofran desk collections include Madison County, Gramercy, Rustic Shores, Nature's Edge, and Artisan's Craft. Madison County power desks come in Vintage White and Barnwood with a dark plank top, Gramercy offers wire-brushed finishes with chevron drawer inlays, and Rustic Shores uses weathered coastal finishes. Explore the Madison County collection by Jofran to match a desk with servers or accent cabinets.

Do Jofran desks come with matching chairs?

Several Jofran desks come with matching chairs, either as a set or as a separate upholstered desk chair in the same collection. Madison County offers a power desk and chair set, while Craftsman and Rustic Shores sell upholstered desk chairs in coordinating finishes. A chair seat height of about 18 to 20 inches (46 to 51 cm) pairs with a standard 30 inch (76 cm) desk.

How do you choose a desk for a home office?

To choose a desk for a home office, start with the work surface you need and the space available. A desk 48 to 60 inches (122 to 152 cm) wide fits a laptop and monitor, while 30 inches (76 cm) of depth supports a full keyboard setup. Leave about 36 inches (91 cm) behind the desk for the chair.
