My item was received damaged, after following the process I was told there would be no solution for this damage even though the item was delivered like this. After I pushed this item was offered an offensively small amount to commentate for this damage. In mathematical terms less than 1% of the purchase price of the item.

Way better price than Ashlee furniture and other competitors beautiful couch very comfortable however, one of the corners of the sectional was ripped It’s not very big but it’s kind of annoying. I hope somebody reaches out. I’ve tried to call, but no one answers.

Obsessed with this couch. We actually originally saw it at Ashley but it was so expensive! I was determined to find something similar at a better price and to my surprise - Ornate had the literal exact one for half the cost WITH white glove delivery included. Aside from the couch being perfect, I had the best purchase and delivery experience. Once purchased, I reached out and requested if there was any way to schedule delivery during specific dates (thinking it’d be a long shot). But Ornate accommodated my request, the drivers arrived within the delivery window and were so quick to get it in, set up, and all packaging out. They were wonderful and I couldn’t recommend more.

I was a little skeptical at first about this company because I live in Wisconsin and had never heard of it. I found the same product for almost 3x the price at Ashley Furniture and was told by them that I would not be Ok purchasing from another company. Well, I’m so glad I didn’t listen and we ordered from Ornate Home. The sectional is beautiful and arrived within 10 days all the way to the Midwest. Life is so expensive right now and we all need a way to save where we can. I highly recommend this company and will be back to purchase more in the future.

The ordering itself was a great process but tracking the order was a bit confusing. I did let their team know they should make updates to their website.
This wouldn’t keep me from ordering them again but something to be aware of! Originally my order said it was in stock then it was back ordered several weeks then it showed up two weeks after ordering it. So as long as you aren’t expecting your order in an actual timeline, it’s great! Once the shipping company received the item, I was able to get better updates.
I ordered a couch which obviously has longer shipping than some items would, I was prepared for that but go to from 6-8 weeks to 2 weeks was a bit of whiplash.

Well built and very comfortable for a budget friendly, leather sofa. My only complaint is the color and style isn’t exactly what I expected. I was expecting a camel or caramel color and it’s much darker in person than the photos online. It’s more of a mahogany color. There is also a slightly contrasted color stitching on the top of the seat cushions and on the backrest cushions that I failed to see in the photos online as well. Overall, happy with the value, but really wished I could have seen it in person before purchasing.

This sofa is absolutely gorgeous. It’s oversized and so comfortable. The order and delivery were seamless. Definitely recommend.

I bought the Emilia genuine leather module couch from ornate home and I am completely in love with my purchase. The way I came about them was wanting to buy the couches from previously seeing them from another furniture store and I found the exact same couch with ornate and their price was the best of any other furniture store.
