I finally got my new Chessington sectional sofa package today and wow, is it ever stunning! it is absolutely above and beyond my expectations. It is from the Ashley signature collection.. Ornate was so prompt with handling a return after I ordered a couch that was too large and helped me greatly through the process of getting another one there. This exchange was no compromise. The Chessington is absolutely on point. Thank you!

From the moment we walked in the staff was super kind and helpful. We went through the whole showroom to see all of the options for our space and ended up purchasing a couch and some barstools. We will definitely be back for any future furniture needs!

Couch I ordered appears soft%2C but was more firm to sit on than expected. The fabric is amazing to touch though%2C so I’m hoping cushions just need broke in. Might be challenging to keep clean%2C because my pets are so attracted to the soft fabric%2C too%21 My cats don’t want to sharpen their claws on it%2C they want to ‘make biscuits%21’ %0D%0AOverall%2C pretty happy with the purchase and delivery process. Definitely recommend%21

I can say so far I can say 5 stars. The reason I think that is to this point the sales guys great attitude and the two men that conducted the delivery were over the top good guys with excellent service. I discovered a damaged piece and Tan's customer service was excellent.
I currently made a claim about the damage and was told the manufacturer is working on the claim. So its totally up to the manufacturer to come througg now.

I really love this couch! I’ve had it for a few weeks now and it’s incredibly comfortable. Everyone who’s come over has commented on how cozy it is and it is such a cute couch. The material is more fuzzy/the fabric is longer than I expected. I think I thought it was more of a corduroy but that’s Also it shipped faster than they quoted me which is always a plus! my bad for not reading the description! Either way I still love it and am happy with my purchase.

Beautiful color, huge comfortable couch, delivery/setup was excellent and handled professionally. Everyone comments on the beautiful appearance and when the sit on it they love it. Easily sits 4-5 people. Got the swivel as well. Pleasantly surprised how big the pieces are. Is mic bigger than appears in the online photos. This is a great set. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely in love with this couch. It’s softer than my cat! It’s also huge. The seats are big and comfortable, the chaise can comfortably fit two grown adults. The fabric in the picture looks like it’s corduroy, but it’s more of a soft fur-like material. It was a very pleasant surprise, but keep that in mind if you have people in the home that have allergies to fluffy fabrics and materials.

I was so hesitant about buying a couch online without ever sitting on it but I trusted the reviews and made the purchase. I am SO glad I did. This is the comfiest and most beautiful couch I have ever laid eyes on. It is the perfect firmness, not too cushy but not so firm it has no give. Delivery was a breeze. they brought it up 3 flights to my apt and even assembled it. I was quoted a delivery time in May but it pleasantly came a month early. Get this!

This sectional is gorgeous! And it looks even better in person than it does in photos. I was super impressed with delivery, and I even got it 2 weeks early! The material is buttery soft and the cushions feel soft without feeling like you can’t get up out of it. The size is also much larger than I expected. In photos it tends to look small, but I am 5’10 and my boyfriend is 6’2 and we both have been able to comfortably fall asleep on it many times already.

Finding the perfect couch can seem like a daunting task when you factor in price, size, color, and comfort however this item had all of these combined in my opinion. i was always able to get the online discount and purchase through affirm.
I ordered this set on February 28th 2023, I was a bit surprised there were still back order issues with some pieces but that goes to show how popular the set is.
March 23rd I got notified that my order was picked up from the company warehouse and was on it was and would take a week.
On March 27th I got an update it was going to be delivered between 5:00-9:00 p.m the following day. The transporters showed at 5:30 and set up my couch.
The piece is even more beautiful and plush in person, it’s pretty bulky yet sturdy and the quality is just so nice. For the price and the ability to customize the sectional I think is worth it. I have mine in a small studio and it still works out perfectly for the space provided.
Waiting awhile to get delivered would be my only issue but I know it’s not something they can always control.
I was on the phone with customer service a few times to ask for updates, changed the color, and changed my address and they were kind and helpful with every single adjustment. I would buy from this company again would recommend them to others!

I love this couch! I was looking for something that was cozy and comfortable without being too fluffy so the cushions wouldn't sink down and this fits that exactly. The cushions are firm but not uncomfortable. It is so stylish and a great value. The quality is excellent, honestly I couldn't be happier! Plus white glove shipping and setup was included in the price! The only problem is I never want to leave my couch

This couch is so soft and comfortable. It is even bigger than I expected (in a good way) and has lots of room for multiple people to sit and lay. The cushions are very thick and wide. The couch is so cute and stylish and even though it is white, the patterning and material make it an interesting piece. I live on the third floor and the pieces do not seem too difficult to move. I think this piece is definitely worth it for the price. I absolutely love this couch and would definitely recommend it to a friend!
