Rawcliffe Parchment 4pc Sectional Sofa w/ Ottoman (Online Special Price)

If it wasn’t for Erick, I probably would’ve dropped my review 1 star, only because nowhere in the process of ordering this sofa did it say I would have to assemble the legs myself and I was missing a whole bag of screws. I had to go to Home Depot to match up the screws and it was like playing hide and seek finding the last set of legs tucked away in the Ottoman. If I would’ve known all that beforehand, I would’ve paid the extra $130 for them to set it up in my living room. I only did curbside delivery thinking we would just have to carry it a few steps extra, not assemble it. I’ve never had a sofa come unassembled! but Erick was great. He helped my son and me get the pieces over my step near the curb and gave us a few helpful tips so we could easily slide it into the house. The couch is amazing and was a great price compared to Ashley’s. I now feel like a professional sofa assembler so I would likely order from your company again, at least now I know what to expect and thankfully I was able to find a YouTube video to show me how to install the legs because the paper instruction said to use a handheld Philips screwdriver and that was not working. I ended up having to use a drill. again with about a $900 difference between ordering here versus if I had went directly to Ashley‘s (plus they may have charged extra for the set up as well) I feel like I got an exceptional deal, the couch is beautiful and comfortable. I’m so glad I found you guys online, but maybe if you’re reading this, you could go one step further and it could even boost your delivery fee sales by explaining to the customer ahead of time that if we take it curbside, there are a few steps to assembling the couch and with me being a middle-aged lady with my husband out of town who would normally handle these kind of things, it was not fun and very unexpected that I would have to spend several hours figuring out the sofa legs. But overall after the sofa legs tribulation, I’m a very happy customer! And I’m sorry for the slightly witchy email (yet kinda deserved ha) when I first discovered I had to put it together myself.
